Draft Davies
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 9, 2026
The Draft Davies Committee is an independent volunteer group. This policy explains what we collect when you sign, why we need it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect your name and email address to record your signature and contact you about this effort. Postal code, neighbourhood, and volunteer interest are optional.
We also record limited referral and browser information, plus a salted one-way hash of your IP address, to understand outreach and prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address. If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical signals from your browser.
How we use and share it
We use your information to run this petition, contact you about it, understand outreach, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your information.
Supabase, Vercel, and, when enabled, Cloudflare process information only to host and protect the site. If Don Davies becomes a candidate, we will share your name, email address, and volunteer choice with his campaign. We will not include your postal code, neighbourhood, referral data, IP hash, or browser information in that handoff.
How long we keep it
If Don Davies does not file nomination papers by 4:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026, we will delete the signature list. If he becomes a candidate, we will delete the committee copy after the handoff is complete, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and contact
